Refund & Return Policy - Beans 'n' Bun

At Beans 'n' Bun, we always strive to provide fresh and delicious food. As we serve perishable food items, our policy is based on the following:

1. No Returns on Consumed Food:

  • Once a food item has been delivered and consumed, returns are generally not possible.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:

  • Quality Issues: If your order is defective, damaged, or the food quality is poor (e.g., undercooked food, unsatisfactory taste), you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Wrong or Missing Item: If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, you may also be eligible for a refund or replacement.

3. How to Report an Issue:

  • If you encounter an issue, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order, or as soon as possible.

  • Please provide details of the issue (with photos if possible) and your order number so we can assess the problem and make it right.

4. Review and Resolution:

  • We will review your report and investigate the issue.
  • If your request is approved (e.g., due to a quality issue or our mistake), we will offer you a refund (to your original payment method) or a replacement order. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

  • We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind or in situations where food has already been consumed without a quality issue.
  • Sale items or gift cards are also non-refundable.
